Body shop said it was like $4000 in damage (that's buying all new parts though, stupid State Farm). Not sure how much it would be to just fix the core support. I could do the rest myself if I had enough money. Fan clutch was junk when I got it so I installed a 2500cfm electric fan and got it calibrated correctly. It helped but didn't solve the problem (I figured 2500cfm would be plenty). The A/C wouldn't be a big deal now if I could drive it. I replaced the evaporator core in my Cherokee so I'm not so afraid of tearing into A/C systems now. Nothing could be worse than getting to that stupid evap core in that Cherokee.
