Tranny can be beefed up a bit at good tranny shops. Clutch will slip, need to replace... diff will be fine until it breaks, depends on how hard you hit it. Shock loads to your drivetrain will break...

Tru dat, seen pretty low numbers for adjusting them, definately one of the last things to do, as once it's really tuned, it might make a bigger difference...

Rear seal is pretty easy, drop the tranny and replace it...but if it leaked all the oil out, you might have destroyed some bearings....

Yeah, it's a loss of the unmetered air, so you go really rich all of a sudden (basicly like a huge boost leak). Fuel manage computer will solve that, as will the combo BOV's that vent to atmosphere...
