There is a screw by your throttle body that you need to adjust. Take a look at your throttle linkage and you'll see what screw does it. Or it could be something else.

If your going to upgrade and rebuild your turbo you can get a quality job from the guys at driftmotion although you might already know this. It would probally be around 610 for a rebuild and a turbo...
