Its not a direct bolt on. You need to get a plate made to get the flanges to line up and you need to wire the Q45 TB to the stock TB wires on the harness.

not sure what connects to the charcoal canister but that vacuum line coming from the from the accordian hose goes to a metal line in front of the power steering pump.

Exact year doesn't matter. They are grouped. 86-88 is the same and 90-92 is the same. The only weird crossover year that I have no experience with is the 89 wiring.
