well that depends. are you a turbo or non turbo?
If your running n/a then no, leave it be. gte is another story. the stock air box works perfectly fine. and if you go hard piping your engine bay and put this huge air filter smack dab in the middle of it, you better have a way of keeping the hot air out of it. Otherwise your loosing hp. Read this
