good luck, and the only real hard thing with doing head gaskets is purely doing it for the first time, you learn tricks as you do them, which way is faster/more efficient and what you actually need to remove instead of removing everything lol Normally i unplug wiring harness from ecu, poke through the hole, undo water lines, knock sensors, fuel lines, earth strap and all that silly stock crap on top like 3000 pipe, the coil cover etc, unbolt head bolts and lift whole head off with manifolds (get someone to help you, it does weigh some lol)
