I used ARP head studs and torqued the head down...

I used ARP head studs and torqued the head down to 80lbs. Its been almost 5,000 miles since i did it. Do i need to re torque the head even with the arp setup?

The w58 will be good enough if you plan on staying under 300hp but if you plan building it up to well over 300hp then i suggest you get the r154 turbo tranny cuz you will definately fry that w58.

I ended up torquing it to 81lbs with their lube that ARP included. They say 75lbs with their lube or 120lbs with oil. We'll see how it turns out, thanx for the help!

I went to the Amsoil website and found some manual transmission fluid but i don't know if it is for the supra w58 tranny, it has a bunch of other weird tranny names on that site.

I agree with the fact that the headers peeled but i haven't seen any rust and its been a while i mean your choice but i don't think its a big deal but i'd suggest if you get one thing, get everything...
