Default LSD Non-Turbo?

I was just wondering if my 1986.5 Supra Non-Turbo has LSD or not. I wanna get one for it while i'm building it if not. I'm changing out the engines (with the 7MGTE) so I know i'll need it. thanks in advance.

If it drives, then just peel out. If it leaves marks on both sides than it is.<---The fun way...If it doesnt drive then put it on stands and turn one wheel. If they turn opposite ways its not an LSD.

In your engine bay on your compliance plate, there will be a part saying TRANS/AXLE. The first part stamped after that should read W58 which is the code for the standard NA transmission. The second code written there is the code for your diff. It is my understanding that if the number in the code for the axel is an odd number, it is an LSD diff. Mine was G285 which means it's an LSD diff. Mine used to be a non turbo also so you might be lucky and have one too.

The last number in the axel code should be 3 or 5, if it is one of those it has an LSD rear end.

Or you could just look at the Differential, they have a large LSD in red pasted to the back.
