Try to find another one in the junkyard and take off all the nuts and bolts you can find. Most Toyota's use the same sized bolts and nuts, so all you need are the 10, 12, 14, 17 and 19 mm wrenches....

Well I would try upgrading the springs and shocks. The car is so heavy that the stiffer springs and shocks still won't rattle your teeth, but it will handle better and it might help keep the tires...
