No, it looks like the pressure line for you power steering if its connected to your rack and pinion the line next to it on the right is the return (with the squeeze clamp.

I had a injector seal go bad one time and it caused a high idle once, spray some brake parts cleaner near the injectors (best stuff to find leaks BTW) and see for idle change, ya never know.

use a scotch pad and some wd40 to remove the surface rust, just like what your mom has on her sink. spray some brake clean after and blow it dry after. WD40 works gret to coat the block for storage.

If I remember right, If your now at TDC#1 there should be some notches on the gear dirve and you'll need to line those up to where the wheel is right on the sensor. Check your timmng.
