thats the egr vsv, iirc they have different part numbers, meaning they arent the same part, dont get the two confused. maybe tag one somehow to so you know which is which

depends what you want. im asuming you want a mkiv. if you want a quick car, get the turbo, however it wont be cheap. if you just want a supra, get a NA, can always na>t or swap later.

hmm you sure the gauge is read in psi? also start the car and listen under the hood for hissing. im suspecting a boost leak. you could build a boost leak tester if you wanted to.

you can try using the spade connector on the oem sender, dont see why it would be a problem. goto the website of the manufacturer of your aftermarket gauge and look for the installation instructions...
