I might be wrong, but if you're adding in a supercharger, wouldn't you want to go with a smaller boost from turbo? otherwise you'd have to do stuff with the fuel system too, no?

oil on the spark plugs? isn't that indicative of oil seal or valve gasket leaking? If I remember correctly, Turbo engines generate their spark from the CPS (cam position sensor) rather than a rotor...
