It's a BHG pal everything they said to you was said to me,same problem you're having I had it no bubbling radiator no oil in antifreeze and vice versa.
compression 180 etc no one guided me...

I had an N/A in the car so it was a non turbo to a turbo it's just that is the ECU year specific?that is 89 motor 89 ECU?I noticed the part numbers are different,even though they are both for 7mgte...

Quick ?.Are ECUs year specific, I bought a 7mgte JDM motor and the ecu was damaged,when I got the replacement I noticed the part numbers were different,I put in in and I can't get the motor to run...

MAF was bad-intake air temp sensor. Changed it,motor idles much smoother,still misses when warmed up getting code 51 now

Just finished 7MGE swap to 7MGTE motor fired up fine,just one issue motor has a miss sounds like bup bup intermittently also at the exhaust tip,motor has 60000mls check torque came it at 75-80lbs...

I have an 87 non turbo the steering is tight/hard to turn and suddenly frees it self and works normally.Was leaking,high pressure line changed a few months ago,but has been erratic,any suggestions?
