the ct26 didn't come with a stock bov... the 3rd gen 3sgte engine did have one stock though... but unless ur engine came stock with one then yea... and I've never heard of an american supra or celica...

I believe u should get a BOV if u are running anything higher then stock boost... I'd get one anyway... nice sound and lets off the extra pressure... it's just a good thing to have all around

well... u can always go with an upgraded ct26... t66 if ur planning on going hardcore HP... but if u want a T turbo I'd say go with a t3/t4 for now... it's quite a bit of nice power and they are good...
