First off, 98 was the first year for the ls1. Those times are for the lt1 which is a completely different animal. Bone stock LS1s have gone as fast as 12.9, IN THE SUMMER HEAT. Does this mean that every one of them can run that fast? Of course not, there are a lot of different variables to account for. But I have yet to see one of your mighty supras go that fast off the showroom floor.
Second, your car has to use a power adder to get those numbers and is still slower.
