well usually most forums don't allow you to attach images so you have to have some webspace somewhere that will host images for you...
so they'll have instructions on how to upload to their website then you get the link to your image example: http://www.thewebsite.com/yoursite/yourimagename.jpg so it should look like this when you type it in minus the spaces of course [ img ] http://www.thewebsite.com/yoursite/yourimagename.jpg [ / img ] or did that not make sense lol
