I am planing to buy a supra what is the best one (from 93-97models)

Your best bet would be to go and look through photos, and if you have the chance to go see a couple in person i would, and see what you like ther best, rather then relying on someone else's opinion. But i'm sure alot of people here could give you a lot of help as far as performance difference goes between the years, i don't think there really is much.

i like the 80s mk3, but for what its worth mk4

My vote is for the MKII much lighter then the MKIII and MKIV.

true, but track width is a little short with fender flares. it was harder for me to take tight corners in the mk2 than the mk3.

and altho i would love to turn this into a "what generation supra" flamewar the original question was put to "93-98" models LOL

and i don't know much at all bout the mk4 body changes/advantages/improvements so i can't really help

and just to add a little something
i'm a mk3 owner coz i want to be and i ain't a mk4 wannabe

depends on what you are wanting with to do with it. I am still kinda learning and reading about the 7mgte and the 2jgzte engines.
whichs brings me to a point, did the 2jgzte (or tte) engines come stock in any supra's?
I like the looks of the mk4, the other ones just are to 80's futuristic for me. Guess that is why I sold my 87 vette to though. but as mentioned before, the mk whatever ones are lighter.

the year of a mkiv would be way down on my priority list....condition and mileage would be tops followed by my choice in transmissions...performance varies almost nil on tt mkiv's regardless of the year
