quick oil question.
yes i know its stupid, but how much oil does the 7mgte hold? i bought the car w/o a manual and havet invested in one yet, my buddy over filled her yesterday and i have oil down in the spark plug bay....again. he put in 4 quarts, but there may have been 5 total(he doesnt remember) and i wasnt watching him. sorry for the stupidty, but it would be nice for some help. thanks
also, what oil type should i be running? everyone that i know out here uses "mobil 1 10w-30 fully synthetic" my dad has built muscle cars snce he was a kid and ke knows cars. hes got a 06 gto with super charger and twin turbos, pretty nice, bout 800hp, anyways hes telling me to run like a 10w40 because its thicker, and hes sayin it should fix the oil pressure gauge problem.
