Quick question

Just bought a 88 Supra targa top. it has non turbo engine in it right now (not sure what motor right off hand) my question is, would a 1jz turbo bolt up? or what mods would i have to do. seeing its the same generation, i was thinking just new motor mounts from the 89 model. any help would be great! thanks much and hope to see y'all around

Going to '89 motor mounts will require swapping the front subframe or some fabrication work. Swaps are done fairly often, althought the 7M-GTE is a little more popular as parts are a little more readily available and there's more information available. In either case though your best bet would be picking up a front clip as that will have all you need... except possibly the drive shaft.
