Default 7m-GTE buying help

Hi, in repairing my recent BHG i have found extencive damage to my head adn my block and to get them both plained down would cost me a large ammount so im thinking ti probly would be better to just get another engine, does any onen know of soem good places to get it? aka websites that stuff. thanks

whats the diffrence between JDM and USDM
well
JDM Japanese Domestic Motors
and
USDM US Domestic Motors

other then what it means what really is the diffrence ?
