any leaks?the high pressure line is most likey to go first check for pin holes and sometimes the rack goes bad and does that

Dude I bet you have air in the line. Put a condom on it and see if the tip blows up. If so you just need to bleed it slowly while you fill it slowly. If the tip sucks into the hole just top it off slowly.

The thing to remember about atf fluid is that when you add it. There can not be a break in your pour or you just created an air bubble.
