ok well it is a manul 5spd and the type of clutch i have is an ACT racing clutch well after i had abused my car say when i go into reverse or into first and get the car to startmoving it will make like a pop sound right when it moves and sometimes it feels like it will struggle to get going

i think its a 6 puck and i think its spring its a guess im not sure but the guy before me had it i dont know if he boke it in cause i dodnt take time and or have ime to wokr it in

ok.......so you changed the synchros already so I am guessing you don't have an issue with gear changing. Now as for the popping sound when you try to move off.......the only thing I can think of is that one of the plates on the hub is cracked.......I am referring to the racing clutch. Yes they can break, I have seen that happened many times. People put racing clutches in street cars and have catastrophic results. But that is one area you can check out if the problem still persists. Can you post some pics of your Supra donovan??
