Anyway to tell if a car is an automatic?

have you figured the tranny yet? will the shifter go side to side? i dont think an a/t shifte will do that. i also believe an a/t will have some fluid lines coming off of it. oh and an m/t will have a slave cylinder or a place to put one. just look on the left side of the tranny, right behind the bellhouse.

The 5 speed is in. I can go through all the gears
