I would also like to do the same thing on my '86 supra, i found it in great condition with only 89,000 on it, but it's automatic... i know the easiest thing to do is sell it and buy a manual... but if anyone has an answer for us we'd greatly appreciate it thanks....

Question

that's an amazing tutorial, would you happen to know where to find one for an MKIII?

Unfortunately, no...but you might consider starting a new thread on that topic in the MKIII forum.
