I didn't know there was a circuit breaker installed on the Supra but scince yours won't stay engaged then you have a short circuit. I havn't seen the scematic for it but you will have to repair the wire or not have power to the items on the circuit. Disconnecting the negative cable will not help reset this scince its the power after the breaker that has found a ground and is overloading the circuit when you try and reset it. Where exactly is the breaker?

its the 2nd diagram, in your kick panel on the drivers side in the fuse box, its the far right one and its like the third from the top. it clicks on then off really fast. i hunted the ground wires for it down and it all looks good, didnt try to move them to a diffrent spot. its drivin me nuts though, why this have to happen when we get the worst rainy days ever.
