when does it drop?
what kind of engine do you have? what year? auto or stick? does it drop when it shifts?

maybe a boost leak, i dk. check all pipes leading to and from turbo. bov, ic pipes, anythign of that nature. maybe u hit peak boost but it dissapates thru the hole or crack or watever.
