I saw one guy was doing them a few years ago for 6k. Swapped your 7M for a 2JZ, took one of the turbo's off and replaced the other with a larger one to fit in the engine compartment. I don't know if this counted transmission or not. My guess is it'll be more than that though to find a 2JZ and someone to do the work now. You'd need something like a Tremac 6 speed I believe to handle it.
