Yep ^^^ 72 lb ft of torque is the general consenses, using motor oil on the threads of factory bolts. $40 from Toyota. Since you already have them at 50, go on up to 72 in 15 lb steps.
WD40 was developed for use in the 'space program'. (hey, 11 years there, I got some retirement coming, when I get old and crotchety, hee hee). It is a metal protectant to keep moisture off. It works pretty good as a rust penetrant, and very light oil applications. It displaces water, but leaves residue (film). Simply Green, full strength, works pretty good to de-grease under hood. Spray it on, let it sit for 20 min., then wash it off with 'Brake Clean'.
