by the sounds of it your transmission is dying on you
hardcore slipping when cold in order for you to drive it around (if required) you will need to let your transmission warm up for about 5mins or so or if you live in a flat area ease her round there till the tranny warms up i had to do this with my old supra, transmission was annialated and warm up was compulsary to get up the hill to go anywhere lol also check the kickdown cable and ensure its adjusted correctly for line pressure http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/librar...at/AT_019.html
