the headgasket is not all that difficult, i did mine myself. so do most supra owners. beats paying a shop to do it and you know it was done right...
I've had my car for 2 yrs, just modded it this summer. installed this stuff. Big upgraded ct26 turbo, Custom IC pipes, Spearco IC, Altered 3000 pipe, 4" K&N, Monza ssqv, HKS fcd, stage 3 pressure plate, Ported head, Intake and Exh. manifold, 3" DP 3" Megan GT. mild mods compared to some... suprra_girl made a nice write-up on basic performance upgrades, (bpu)'s http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/mkiii-faq/50-steps-to-modifying-your-mk3-supra.html |

bullz is probably right, but there is sooo much info on how to step by step fix the 7m bhg that i would think most people could if they do the searching and reading required before hand./ imho.. everyone should learn especially if your planning on any mods..

Just remember, before you rock, get it back to mint stock... at least the engine/drivertrain/brakes etc. Otherwise you'll have a powered up accident waiting to happen, either hurting you, someone else, or your wallet.

dude it'll show any kind of honda what's what and where to shove it. hondas blow. next time you line up at the lights with a civic ask him if his mother knows he's out in her car, or tell him to stop pushing his shopping trolley along the road.

So I bought this old Honda bike, an NSR250. Bit of a street racer, I guess. I'm told they're fast. Delivering it home with a friend driving the Supra for the first time. I drop gears and make a scream from the twin pipes flowing down this pony's flanks and it takes off like it's tail's on fire. I look back when the Honda gets to its tap-out and the Supra's only two lengths behind. No one I've let ride my bike has told me its slow, they've all loved the thing. That car is a good thing indeed. |
