I just gave you the part number, you could just tell them to order the things and save the lip.
![]() Otherwise, they're about 1cm long and approx 5mm in diameter. Take a cam gear to the machine shop and tell them you need an alignment dowel for it and they should have no problem setting you up. If the gear is properly torqued there is insufficient force to shear even a mild steel dowel, but cold rolled would be my minimum preference.
