Not sure if this will actually help narrow it down, but this is where the TSRM shows that fuse block is located:
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...aspx?S=BE&P=10 As for the intermittent blower, does it consistently work on any of the three speeds? I'd imagine that there has to be a blower motor resistor somewhere to control the variable speeds. Possibility that may have gone bad.
