I know when I got my supra, I didnt drive it for a long time. And when I finally did, my fuel would only go up to about half a tank when I know I filled it. It took some time for it to get working again. But yours could be a different story.

i think he just moved it every once and awhile...it was jus sitting....so...maybe....

well looks to be in the right position.... you could unscrew it... pull it out and just wiggle the floater to max and min and see if it frees it up

while you're there you can see how much petrol is really in ur tank

thanks... ..but i think ill let it go for a week before i decide to mess with it..cause i dont really want to mess up the sensor...hopefully... that'll work...if not..then ill try unscrewing it nd stuff...

i had to remove mine from the tank and carefully scratch off the "varnish" on the wrapped wire that the sender rod rubs on for it to make contact, Its been working now for 2 yrs with no issues
