It depends on the cop who has you on radar. Some will let you go 10 over the posted limit.

Car and Driver review of an 87 NA 5speed put it at 131 but at that speed at least where I am from is a serious ticket or possibly losing you license. Not to mention your mk3 should be in top shape.
