Default Sticking with MK3 or go to the MK4

Hey, i have a 1989' toyota supra Mk3 7m-gte and right now it doesnt run so many problems like: gotta charge the battery, stalls on me while i : drive, step on the gas, while im driving on the streets. So many problems, i could spend money on doing some work but on the other hand i could get a 94 TT from somewhere. What should i do ?

Like someone said:

Friend:What car you got?
Me: Supra
Friend: What year?
Me: 1989, MK3.
Friend: Oh.

Although the mk4s are holding there value very well, they start at about 20k for a decent TT. I looked up the value on kbb for a 95 na auto with 100k on it and was suprised to see a value of 15k privite party value.

what are your plans for ur car? Is it going to be a daily driver? are you racing it for fun or professionally? which body style do you like the MkIII or MkIV ( i personally love the MkIII, so i put a 1jzte in my engine)?
