Might as well replace the seat too and inspect the actuator's metal sleeve which the tip of the shifter sits in for wear of the rubber damper. Many like the nylon bushing and seat from Marlin Crawler; I like them on the W58, on the R154 they make the notchiness of the transmission more noticeable.
