ahh... k hehe.. you shoulda said
 turbo timer will keep your engine running for however long you have set it when you turn your key off and pull it out of the ignition.... turbo time down  keeps your turbo in happy healthy conditionboost controller: they come in alot of forms, single stage, dual stage, triple stage, manual bleed off type whatever boost controller you get (2 stage electronic is usually best) will control the wastegate that hangs off the side of the turbo... instead of your wastegate opening at 6 or 7psi stock... the boost controller will hold it closed for longer therefore you end up with more boost quite kool little toys
