I'd say good for GTE, bad for GE...
you'll notice it picks up/drops revs a lot quicker & will likely notice more tendency to "bog" off boost. The gains will be mainly in slicker shifts I would have thought (which for a turbo is great as you spend less time losing/rebuilding boost)
