Then i tore apart the old starter and solenoid and the windings had come apart and sieze against the shaft. Seems like that starter had a bad life lmfao. Im not sure how it happened but i know it blew the fuse at the same time. So im assuming a a large power surge somehow and it had just enough time to fry the started before blowing the fuse. Thank you all for the help though.
