It's likely that when the dizzy was installed, it was 1 tooth off, so after some adjusting it's back in time. As for the rough idle, how does your plug valley look? Any oil building up in there? If you pull one of your plug boots, does it have oil on it? How long have the stated ignition parts been installed? Probably most importantly, did YOU gap the spark plugs (no spark plugs are pre-gapped)?
