depends on what your mk3 is. 1g-gte's can take a few extra psi easy, most mk3's can comfortably run up to just below 1 bar boost without stressing much at all. most you'll have to get a fuel cut defender, as boost cut varies, but is mostly about 11-13psi depending on car and weather, etc. as for the gsr's, they're easy for a 7m mk3. raced a evo 6.5 on the open road and gave him one hell of a shock. off the line would be different due to weight, power delivery, etc, but above 50k, they're easy.
