Got the supra to turn over today...

Okay, I got everything back on and started her up. Nothing!!!! I believe that the fuel pump is toast. She ran using starting fluid, but not very well. There is plenty of gas, four gallons or so I just put in. I haven't pulled a fuel line, but I believe that there won't be anything there when I do. How hard is it to change the fuel pump. Is it like every other toyota I have owned and just pull the inspection cover and yank out the old and put in the new? Do I have to drop the tank.

Also, where does this tube go. I can't find any logical place, so I must be missing something. Here is a couple of pics of the tube in question.
