This is just one of the PITA bolt locations on your Supra. I managed to get to mine by using a 14mm box end on the hex head over the starter, and a 14mm socket with a swivel on a long extension. You'll also need to be patient. I cursed for a while getting everything to line up. That hex head on top of the starter I had to do by feel.
Another PITA is one of the nuts on the clutch master cylinder. It is up high under the dash, and hidden from view. Had to do that one totally by feel, too. |
