Thanks for the help guys, I've tried to use propane to find the leak (similar to the start fluid method but with no results....)
I guess I will try the DIY boost tester, I know that the 3000 pipe outlet OD is 2 3/4" diameter, any idea of the turbo inlet OD? Thanks in advance. I guess if the boost test shows nothing, then my probelm lies between the throttle body and combustion chambers, or on the exausht side between the combustion chamber and turbo..... Would a crappy EGR valve cause this sort of issue? |
