this is my first post on this site,just joined tonight...but would like to say tyvm for all the helpful info.i came to the site to learn about an auto-manual tranny swap for my 89'...and found exactly what i needed to find...

u mite want to get a manual ecu. u can use the auto one but i think u get a problem with RPM or something i cant remember. im also in the process of doing the swap. i believe i have everything but im to lazy to do it right now lol.

I've been wanting to do this swap for a while and now that it's close to winter I'll be storing my supra well the snows on the ground. This is the current list I got, tell me if I'm missing anything.
-Transmission Swap Manual Gearbox + Bellhousing + ECU 450$ 5 speed conversion pedal set 270$ Clutch Master + Slave Cylinder + Hose 150$ Spedometer Cable 100$ Stage 2 Clutch Kit 425$ DriveShaft 415$ Shift Boot + Short Throw Shifter 300$? -Total: 2110$ |
