hey,

Unfortunatley I think you have to replace the whole HVAC unit to automatic climate control to use the digital unit. There is a sensor in the middle of the dash that will detect the heat close to the window. When in auto mode it will automatically adjust blower and fan speeds to heat up to that specified temp. When desired temp. is reached it will slow the fans right down and maintain that temp.

You may be able to hook the unit up as long as the harness and prongs are the same, but you won't be able to use the automatic mode unless you have the sensor and wiring for it.
