Default I think

I think the best supra so far is definitely the 1997. not because of the fast and the furius, I've thought so long before that. but this new car that they seem to plan on calling the supra, I do agree with most of ya'll on that it doesn't seem to stand up to the legend. all I have to say about it is that the name supra is synonymos with supremicy, and they had d*mn sure better keep that in mind. but also, who knows, maybe they remembered what the supra was, and made this like it, one can only hope. and if they did, I'll be the first one in line to get it, despite the obviously inspired apearance.

Thinking of all the kids here in NZ with good credit and bad skills. Thinking of telephone polls and trees ... Do we really need this new supra ? The MK4 is kinda rare-ish, don't need to make it commonplace like a skyline then rare again ...

So I bought this old Honda bike, an NSR250. Bit of a street racer, I guess. I'm told they're fast.

Delivering it home with a friend driving the Supra for the first time. I drop gears and make a scream from the twin pipes flowing down this pony's flanks and it takes off like it's tail's on fire.

I look back when the Honda gets to its tap-out and the Supra's only two lengths behind. No one I've let ride my bike has told me its slow, they've all loved the thing. That car is a good thing indeed.

i think that putting the v8 into the new supra would in a way.. kill the supra because they've always had the inline 6 and look at how well the mk3 and mk4 did with that motor.. they did just fine. It sounds just like what bmw is doing with the new m3. KILLING it with a v8 instead of a straight six. What does everybody else think?

not all supras were i6's...

supras have always been ahead of there time; top of the line, newest technology, and unforturnatly a high price tag<----- number one reason they are rare, no body could afford them or didnt know what they were. dont diss the next supra. and are we even sure toyota's next super car will even be called a supra? i mean ive heard rumors and read in magz and online there are supposed to introduce a new supra/super car but nothing really from toyota. ok im getting off track. im sure that even if the next supra doesnt come up to par with the mkiv that it will some way, some how impress all of us.
