Unfortunately, yes. Typically, the hub is removed, the bearing is pressed out, the new one is pressed in, the hub is reinstalled, and then you need a new rear alignment. Not a trivial task.

Keep the F1 racing clutch, but go back to a stock flywheel. It'll fix all of the noises except any chatter when the clutch grabs. The setup will work great, but you won't get the quick rev-up...
