don't use stock bolts since they are most probably too streched already and you will end up blowing your HG...

pretty much w/o thermostat your engine runs cold for longer, so it takes longer for all the metal parts to expand and take their places -> you increase the wear on the piston rings etc...

and i would suggest you change your accordion hose(turbo inlet pipe) too because judging by your pic you got a crack in it and if something gets in...
