Was considering changing out the belt and timing gears, but I see these adjustable ones. I havent worked on engines before, but is it a hard job to do this? Can I just bolt on the new gears and belt...

mkIII were all 3.0L. its like 2997cc or something, I forget exactly. only 2 engines are 7m-ge and 7m-gte, both are the same block just different internals and the gte is turbo.
